Hardback. A red-orange half leather over red cloth boards; gilt rules to boards; floral decorations and title in gilt to spine, raised bands; page-block with top edge gilt; marbled endpapers. pp viii, 174. Size: 8.25 x 5.75 inches approx. (208mm x 146mm).

Leather a touch marked and rubbed in places; light sunning to spine. Foxing to preliminaries and final pages; inscription in ink to first blank; heavily foxed/spotted to edges of page-block with some encroachment onto margins, but generally pages clean throughout.

Nonetheless, a nice, clean copy – attractive and very presentable.
