In a translucent dustwrapper with wrap-round illustration in grey matching the boards, plus the addition in black of a lone boy and a kestrel flying above him (no slipcase was issued for this title). pp xiii, [xiv-xvi], 214, including one colour illustration and ten b/w illustrations.
