Originally published 1986 by John Murray, this copy the 2006 Folio Society edition with illustrations by Mary Kuper.
Hardback. Publisher’s tourquoise-blue cloth with gilt title and illustration in green to spine and front board; map endpapers. In a green papered slipcase. pp [12], 281, [5] blank, including b/w illustrated title page plus b/w illustrations. Size: 9.5 x 6.5 inches approx. (240mm x 162mm).
