A nice potted history of the Land Speed Record from 1989 – 1947, plus Donald Campbell’s attempts in 1960 and 1963.

Well illustrated throughout in colour, including a three-panel fold-out of Bluebird.

Hardback. Glazed boards; plastic comb bound. 74pp + three-panel fold-out, including b/w and colour illustrations. Size: 8 x 10 inches approx. (204mm x 255mm).

Occasional foxing and dustiness; spotting to page edges.

Overall, a particularly nice, clean copy – a relatively common book but unusual to find in such lovely condition.
