Note: When first published (FS, 2015) volume one was found to contain cross-referencing errors in the text*. Folio quickly withdrew the title from sale and reprinted volume one. This set includes the corrected volume one.
Hardback – two volumes. Publisher’s grey-silver cloth with black decoration; titles in orange to spine and upper board; silver-grey endpapers; head and tail bands. In an illustrated papered slipcase with black papered ends. pp [i]-xxxiii, [xxxiv], [1]-523; [i]-x, [524]-978, plus b/w and colour plates. Size: 10 x 7 inches approx. (252mm x 176mm).
Light shelf wear to slipcase.
Overall, in nice, clean condition.
