Hardback. Publisher’s purple cloth with title in orange and white to spine and illustration to front board; orange endpapers. In a purple papered slipcase. pp xii, 198, [6] blank, plus colour illustrations. Size: 9 x 6.5 inches approx. (228mm x 162mm).
Light shelf wear to slipcase.
