The combined volume containing Winnie-the-Pooh (1926) and The House at Pooh Corner (1928) was first published by Methuen in 1958; this copy being a 1973 reprint.

Hardback. Publisher’s peach coloured paper faux-cloth boards; illustrated endpapers; tinted yellow to top edge of page-block. In a dustwrapper. pp [1-6], 7-316, [4] blank, including b/w illustrations plus eight colour plates. Size: 8.25 x 5.75 inches approx. (210mm x 148mm).

Dustwrapper age-toned to spine and flaps. Bookplate to front paste-down.

Overall, a particularly nicely preserved example, clean and fresh – uncommon in this condition.
