Hardback. Publisher’s pale blue cloth with title in black to spine, and wrap-round illustration in black and cream to boards; map endpapers. In a black papered slipcase. pp xxv, [xxvi-xxxii], 483, plus b/w plates. Size: 9.5 x 6.25 inches approx. (240mm x 161mm).

Light shelf wear and marking to slipcase.

Overall, a nice, clean copy.
