Hardback. Publisher’s faux-leather binding with gilt-effect decoration to spine and upper board. 414pp including two maps. Size: 8.5 x 5.5 inches approx. (216mm x 140mm).

Gilt-effect decoration to spine is a touch sunned to silver-effect.

Overall, a nice, clean copy which remains tightly bound and appearing unread.
