Sixteen pages (eight leaves) printed one side only and consisting of four colour plates on art paper by Mabel Lucie Attwell, which face four pages with uncoloured outlines intended to be painted-in. Note: Mabel Lucie Attwell illustrated Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland (Raphael Tuck and Sons Ltd, [1911]).
Covers a little rubbed and worn; a touch dusty in places; staples rusting. Some occasional foxing and dustiness to pages, plus some rust staining, but generally clean throughout.
Overall, light wear commensurate with age and storage but otherwise a nice, clean copy – scarce and quite lovely.
